Location is actually good cos its near the airport bus limousine. However, it is not as near to Myeongdong as I thought it’d be. The distance would have been fine if the weather hadnt been cold and freezing. So I will probably book another hotel nearer to Myeongdong area for my next trip. Concierge staff do not acknowledge guests who step in or leave the hotel eventhough guests will have to walk past them. Not sure if this is the standard for hotels in Korea. However, they are friendly when approached and asked questions. Bathroom was not washed probably. There was a strand of hair and stains on the bathtub eventhough I have not used it yet. A little bit of upgrading would be good for the bathroom too. The one thing that really got to me was the stench of sewage that comes and goes. It is really disgusting especially when Im doing my make-up at the sink. Saw this from other reviews too so I hope the management can look into this. Bed and pillows are very comfy especially since I got the whole kind bed to myself with 4 plush pillows. All these are not really a big issue so I would still recommend this hotel to others. Overall experience was good for me.

Overall experience is good. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shopping centers and within walking distance to Seoul Station. There is a lounge area on level 2, good for meeting the friends.

What an exceptional hotel! Great price, excellent location and the most helpful and attentive staff imaginable. I’m very much looking forward to a repeat stay!

Great for family groups.  Liam and all front desk staff were very helpful and have helped me a lot in navigating and making bookings in Seoul.  Would come back and stay again.

The location is excellent! Food and shopping all in walking distance. The concierge were super helpful when needing a taxi but the metro is walking distance too. The reception was very helpful for adapters and allowed us to borrow one for the whole trip. The room service is yum for adults but has minimal kids options which I think should be reviewed but overall a lovely stay and would return next time I visit Korea.

Great hotel, easy to get around, Namdaemun market is across the street. Walking distance to myeongdong street food and all the shops. There is also a 24 hour good restaurant next to the hotel and the restaurant serves really good food. It helps you when you have jetlag. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The best thing is the pressure water of the shower and after 19 hours flight, you feel great and relaxed.

Walking distance about 10 minutes to Myeongdong district is the most crowded place for tourists in Seoul Korea

Very spacious room with good spread of breakfast buffet but just a bit pricey.

Super comfortable bed and pillows. About 5min walk from subway station.
