Hotel is extremely dirty, first day aircon leaked. My luggage and clothes got wet but the excuse I got from them was that the room above me was washing the floor. How ridiculous right?
Second day changed to another room. Aircon spoilt. Suddenly stop and it was extremely hot. Have to off the heater in the room else the floor is extremely hot.
Mosquito net is extremely dirty, dusty and have to clean it with a towel to get it clean so that air can go through to into the room and I have to open the windows because the aircon is spoilt. The hotel did not give me any form of compensation. Didnt upgrade m’y room whatsoever and I am very disappointed with my experience there.

I stayed in here for 7 nights and it was very amazing!
the staff spoken english well enough, which is it's very helpful!
if I come back to Korea, I will never hesitate to come back here! so close from Suyu station. this hote is in Gangbuk-gu
