I stayed at this hotel for 14 days, and unfortunately, my experience on the last day was extremely disappointing.
Check-out was at 11 AM. When I asked about staying a little longer because my flight was at 8 PM, I understood from the staff that i can check-out at 2:00 with no additional fee, I checked out around 2:30 PM, but they still wanted to charge me 80,000 KRW for the period from 11 AM to 3 PM. Which is 20,000 KRW per hour , that is only that tge stuff english was not good and he didn't make me understand well.
I found this unreasonable, especially after staying at the hotel for 14 days. Because of this, I decided to pay for an entire additional night instead, even though I only needed the room until 8 PM and would not actually use the night.
What disappointed me most was not only the money, but the way the situation was handled. I expected much better communication, flexibility, and respect for a guest who had stayed for two weeks.
Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service.
