3/5I was told to wait for 10mins because they cannot find my reservation even though i got the check in voucher printed and gave it to the person in front desk. And the the couple who came after me was given the key right away because they are of the same nationality.

5/5PerfectI made a reservation for 3 nights and 4 days, but the trash bin was full of dirt and there was no toilet paper, so I had to go get it and even the parking lot was inconvenient because there was not enough space, so I just stayed one night and moved to another hotel.
