Reviews of Royal Square Hotel Seoul

The room was spacious, though the bed was a bit on the small side. The hot water and air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent; it's just a 50-meter walk from Exit 4 of Songjeong Station on Metro Line 5. It was super convenient for catching an early 6:15 AM flight from Gimpo Airport the next day, as it's only one stop away.

This is my second time staying here. It's a perfect place to rest when flying in and out of Gimpo Airport. My only suggestion is to add more English. All the instructions in the room are in Korean. While there are English explanation stickers, it would be much more convenient if the controls were directly in English.

The hotel is located very near Gimpo airport. It is also very accessible from Incheon airport. The staff are friendly and able to speak to you in English. The room is spacious and clean. Highly recommended

Though small, this hotel is fully equipped, just like Japanese hotels – no wasted space. It has everything you need and is close to the airport.

The room was very spacious. Everything was clean, especially the bathroom. The location was right next to the subway which makes travel easy!

As we arrived late and leave early the next morning, nothing much to comment, very small for 3 person.

This hotel is very close to Gimpo Airport's domestic departure terminal, but a bit of a walk (over 20 minutes) to the international departure terminal. A taxi from across the street to the international terminal only cost 5,200 KRW, making it suitable for those with early morning flights.

Good location - right on the Seongjong subway station Line (exit 4) one stop from Gimpo airport. Subway costs 1.000 won each way! Plenty of restaurants around, including western fastfood chains (I had delicious Samgyeopsal - which is around the corner). The Hotel also has a large cafe and a steak house. Rooms are clean, with washing machine and great TV (lots of english speaking channels). The next time I fly out of Gimpo, I will surely stay here. ^^

Forgot to leave a review, but this hotel really left a deep impression on me. First of all, the area around it is very local and convenient, with fruit stores, pharmacies, and breakfast shops all nearby. I even bought a box of Korean cherries, which I felt were cheaper than back home. The front desk staff was Chinese, and she actually mispronounced a rare character in my name, which was a funny moment! 😄 The room's bedding was very comfortable. If I ever need to catch an early flight again, I'd definitely choose this place.

The service desk was very polite and helpful. Asked him where to eat and he showed me many choices within walking distance from the hotel. Hotel has heater, so the room will be warm and comfortable during winter. Good hotel to stay if you are flying off to Jeju from Gimpo Domestic Airport - 1 train away only.

Very nice hotel for the money. Good connection coming from both airports - just take bus 6003 from Incheon or walk for 10 mins from Gimpo. Room is solid, bed is comfy, bathroom clean. Would come again.

The reception was friendly and prompt. Kimpo Airport and the subway station were close, so there was no inconvenience in moving to the city center.
