Hotel Boutique 9 Neungdong

The room door was wide open when we checked in. The room is quite specious. There is a visible layer of dusk on the chair which we have to wipe it before sitting. The air conditioner is controlled by the TV remote control which was not communicated to us earlier during check in. During our stay, there is no visible QR code for us to connect to the WiFi. The toilet and the shower room is separated. Due to the design of the shower room door, the water is leak inside the bathroom. The good side of this hotel is the best location which is near the exit 5 of the station.

This hotel is really near to the subway! Will definitely choose this hotel next time if I’m going for concert at Kspo dome, and many restaurants nearby

We stayed for about a week. Cleaning is only provided on request (or automatically after 3 nights), so we had to ask twice. The first time the room was cleaned properly, but the second time they only changed the towels. Unfortunately, the room was very dusty, which was difficult for me since I have a dust allergy, and I ended up with a swollen, dry throat during the last two days. The room was also extremely hot — even in February we had to sleep with the window open, no blanket, and the AC on. Overall, the cleaning could have been better. However, the location is great and worth the price. If you don’t have allergies and don’t mind some dust, the room itself is beautiful and I would still recommend it.

Quite nice hotel in convenient location

The room felt old. Definitely needed to have the AC on at all times for air flow.

The hotel had nothing! Lobby receptionists are not helpful. No Amenities and if you ask everything is no.

Very convenient! Close to any store, food stalls and subway station.,
