I've been to Seoul many times, and each time I've chosen good hotels, but I always felt there was a mismatch between the price and the amenities. This time, however, choosing this hotel finally gave me the feeling of staying in a luxury establishment. The service was excellent; everyone was polite and attentive. Because the weather was so cold, I didn't even want to go out, and the room service I ordered several times was delicious! Plus, the price was very reasonable for a five-star hotel. I highly recommend the steak jjajangmyeon and the galbi-jjim (braised short rib) rice! The hotel restaurant is incredibly difficult to book; I tried nearly a month in advance and still couldn't get a reservation, so those planning to go need to book much earlier.

Clean hotel with nice amenities and pleasant staff. Mattresses/beds are very firm and not to my liking. Difficulty regulating room temperature - extremely hot on sunny days, but cold at night. Quite far from a lot of places and too few good dining options in the immediate area without taking taxis or metro.

If you prioritize a luxurious feel, similar to Bulgari, you should give it a try. The stay was great, and the view outside was also lovely. The turn-down service was pretty good too. What I was most impressed with were the mirrors – those who know will appreciate them. Take plenty of photos, they're super flattering, make you look slimmer, and are high-definition.
