Its OK..... Reception staff very nice. The place is oversold... Its in the middle of a tourist area and a bit shabby. Good wifi.... and due to the 3pm check in and 11am check out, the wifi is good in the garden where you have to wait. Good running trails in the area

Do not recommend this hotel if your are driving as the car park is really far away. - very expensive too for just one night we spent 32000 won for parking only- they also have so many steps at the door not the best option if your carrying so many luggages - Also the room was very cold heating wasn’t great especially when its minus 5 degrees in Seoul- definitely not a good place to stay in winter.

I thought the terrace would be individual, but it was a garden. Each room is surrounded by a garden, so when you open the curtains, you can see directly into the other rooms. You cannot open the curtains.
It's cumbersome to get in and out, and there's no place to simply sit down and eat inside, and it's very narrow.
The manager is completely absent at night.

Fabulous location with palaces in walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One thing I would say is that the sound proofing between rooms is not good due to it being a traditional wooden house.

The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. We would definitely book again. There was a small amount of mildew in the bathroom next to the tub but for an old building it was in beautiful condition and perfect for us.
One thing to note about our stay. We had trouble at check in- the cleric had walked away from the desk for a smoke or coffee or something and we were stuck in a downpour ringing the intercom to get in for 20 minutes. Another guest finally came and called using their cell phone to get the employee back, but that was quite frustrating when standing in the rain at night.
