Mixed staying experiences 🫥 Pros: Nice view from the room. The location is fantastic. Conveniently connected to two metro stations. Plus, it's just a short walk away from the Dongdaemun DDP and Gwangjang Market. Cons: First, facilities were not up to par. Some of the electrical sockets in the room didn't work properly, and the WiFi connection was quite poor, difficult to stay connected. Second, the cleanliness is terrible. Upon check-in, there's some stains on the sofa and bed sheets, which was quite off-putting.

The rooms were small and cramped. Early check in need to paid. The hotel's location was not what we expected. No restaurant nearby hotel. No toilet amenities. I felt like I paid for a five-star experience and got a two-star stay instead!

Outstanding gym facilities. The Room that we stayed was cleaned and tidied. We had an impressive experience overall.

Nice hotel, near by market and shopping areas. So many food choices around the hotel.

This hotel was in a good and convenient location. It was in walking distance to the metro, a few convenient stores (CU and GS25) and near the airport shuttle bus stop. Aside from needing to take out your own trash, the hotel came equipped with a shared kitchen, dining area and a resting room on the bottom level. The hotel is about a 7-10 min taxi ride to Myeongdong, 20 minutes by metro. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples or friend groups.

The location is perfect, very close to the Eastern gate. The room is clean.

Location was good, walking distance from subway. Price was a great lure. Having read reviews on the sub par cleanliness, I tried to manage my expectations. However, the first room had pastry crumbs under the duvet. Requested for a room change and was assured that the next room was clean, but there was ***** hair on the toilet bowl and blood stain on the bedsheet. The hotel offered a breakfast coupon to make up for it. Luggage area is also not manned, and is (too) easy for anyone to take any bags. I would not recommend this hotel.

I honestly won’t recommend but it’s not near the Main Street of myeongdong so you would need to walk 8mins+ to the station and take a few stops to reach myeongdong. Not very convenient. When we checked in, the staff were not very kind and they just handed us our keys without telling us anything. They don’t provide toothbrush/combs which I found shocking because I thought all hotels would usually provide such stuff. Also, I only found out that you must request for room service at the reception table everyday. This should have been told to us on the first day. And on the 3rd day when we asked for our room to be cleaned at 12pm, then they told us must let them know before 11am. I feel like this information should have been told to us on the first day! Very disappointed with this visit and would not recommend!

The door is old and open can make the lock to drop off. Highlight to the counter but mention this normal and unable to change room. Staff at the counter unable to assist us for local information on transport and place of visit, just chase us away and ask us to go ask friend around. Room is big, value for the money.
