I called the hotel and asked them to tell me the room number and password for the room key, but they were speaking in English and my English wasn't very good, so when I was having a hard time, they came to the 10th floor. I was asked to give it to you. When I went to the 10th floor, the owner I called came to me. I was shown the location of the room and the key password. I was a little worried about security because all they had to do was confirm my name. The flow was helped by other people's reviews.
