We had a wonderful family stay at Khan Residence! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made settling in easy from the moment we arrived. The convenient location in Gangnam put us close to subway stations, restaurants, and shops, making it ideal for sightseeing and daily errands. We especially appreciated having a private bathroom and access to amenities like free Wi-Fi. Overall, our family had a fantastic experience here, and we highly recommend Khan Residence to anyone looking for a homely and hassle-free stay in Seoul. Khan is Khan best place for a really good price.

Convenient hotel near the Koex, good value for money.

The apartment has everything needed for my stay. The host was very kind and helpful, the facilities inside the room were perfect. The weather was rather cold but the room was warm, and you can control floor heatng system yourself. Also it has extra air heater. Definetely will stay here for the next time too! It`s easy to get to subway, there are many 24\7 shops as 7\11, CU. Highly recommend!

The apartment has no waiter or cleaning staff, but it is fully equipped with everything. It is not easy to find, but it is in the Metro Khan building. It is more than 500 RMB per night, which is quite cheap. It is a few hundred meters away from the Samseong subway station.

The location is as shown on the map, but the hotel name (apartment name) is not prominently displayed, so it is difficult to find. This is a building that houses a 7-Eleven and a CU convenience store. When I arrived, the building manager was on the first floor, but I didn't know anything about it, so I checked in as follows. I called the hotel and asked them to tell me the room number and password for the room key, but they were speaking in English and my English wasn't very good, so when I was having a hard time, they came to the 10th floor. I was asked to give it to you. When I went to the 10th floor, the owner I called came to me. I was shown the location of the room and the key password. I was a little worried about security because all they had to do was confirm my name. The flow was helped by other people's reviews. It would be helpful if you could describe the process after making a reservation. If possible, it would be a good idea to receive room information from the hotel via email.

It takes about 30 minutes to Myeongdong. However, Mitsunari, where my room was located, was a wonderful place with many COEX and luxury hotels. The room itself is about 5 minutes from Mitsunari subway station. The name of the apartment is actually displayed as khan metro, so it may be difficult to understand. This is the building where Ministop is located. The manager is sitting next to the elevator on the first floor. This person is shockingly unkind. When I showed them my reservation documents and asked, "Is it here?", they wouldn't say anything other than "Yes." I did. After about 20 minutes of hesitation, I found out that a kind old Korean couple looked at the reservation form, called the number for inquiries, and handed the manager a note with the room number and key number. did. The old man yelled at the manager and got angry, and apologized saying, "Koreans are unkind and I'm sorry."

The location of the apartment is very good, the direct distance from COEX is only two to three hundred meters, and it is also very close to the subway station. The cleanliness of the apartment is good, and the boss is enthusiastic. Before CHECK IN, I contacted by phone and gave the password to enter the door directly, which is very convenient.

It's a bit embarrassing to charge 20,000 won for parking per day, but since the parking fee in Gangnam is so expensive ㅠ_ㅠ The location and facilities are good. I will use it again next time.
