The Westin Josun Seoul

The location is convenient, and the service is good. The hygiene is also good, but the bed is a bit small; it was cramped for three people. The hotel pool is also fun.

The room was very clean, and they even offered a complimentary drink. The bedding was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, a bit on the softer side. The service was excellent; the front desk offered Chinese-speaking staff, making communication seamless. The hotel breakfast tasted good, though the variety wasn't as extensive as a five-star hotel, but everything I tried was delicious. It was also very quiet, and the staff were very polite. Just be mindful of the dining hours; it ends at 10 AM. Even as it approached 10 AM, the staff tidied up very orderly, showing great punctuality. The only downside was staying on the 5th floor, right next to the hotel's outdoor air conditioning units, which made a bit of noise at night. Also, the duvet was down-filled, and moving it or turning over made a rustling sound that slightly affected my sleep.

An older hotel, but very well-maintained. While the facilities are a bit dated, the service and cleanliness are still excellent. English service is perfectly fine, and there are even Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. It's incredibly close to Myeongdong, just a 3-minute walk away, and the airport bus also drops you right off. The location was a pleasant surprise!

Each room comes with a KRW 50,000 gift card: I forgot how to use this one. Located in Myeongdong, it's an older five-star hotel. Because it's an older five-star, the building is a bit low-rise and not very prominent in Myeongdong (as a person bad with directions, I had to use navigation every time to get back to the hotel). The Airport Limousine Bus 6701 goes directly there, which is super convenient! Across from the hotel: There's a 7-Eleven and GS25 if you use the underground passage. Next door, there's an emart24. Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Good. Ambiance: Stylish, but the corridor outside the room had a slightly unpleasant smell. It's very close to Lotte Department Store, and Shinsegae Department Store isn't far either; Shinsegae is a bit better for shopping. Service: Polite and enthusiastic. The room key card is made of wood and is quite beautiful.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, couldn't ask for better service! The executive room was fantastic: breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails with dinner on the 20th floor of the executive lounge – three perfect meals in one day! Plus, the back entrance leads straight to Myeongdong, Lotte, and Shinsegae Duty-Free shops, and the food street. Super convenient!

The hotel service is excellent, especially the staff at the front desk. They are very friendly to Chinese guests, and some even speak Chinese. Check-in was super fast, and they also helped us book restaurants and arranged a taxi. They even made sure our luggage was loaded and gave instructions to the driver – truly thoughtful and attentive! Definitely a huge thumbs up! The hotel is clean and tidy, and the location is great, making it convenient to get anywhere. Highly recommend this well-established hotel! (^O^)

Excellent location, just a stone's throw away from Euljiro subway station, Myeongdong, Lotte, and Shinsegae. The hotel service is superb; every staff member I encountered was warm, welcoming, and accommodating. They are very friendly to Chinese tourists, and can communicate in both Chinese and English. Check-in was fast, and the room was very quiet, allowing for a deep and refreshing sleep.

I didn't have high expectations for the Westin Seoul, just hoping for something decent. However, from the moment I checked in, the front desk attendant provided thoughtful service. Later, due to a minor issue, we had to switch rooms, and the hotel management was incredibly accommodating. A big brand really does make a difference; it's upscale, and the overall hotel environment, atmosphere, and service are all outstanding. It will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Seoul.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Its Myeongdong location is super convenient for shopping and getting around. The front desk staff could communicate in English and Japanese, and they were very warm, helpful, and polite. There's also a shuttle bus to Incheon Airport.
