Grand Mercure Imperial Palace Seoul Gangnam

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Gangnam. We didn't use the subway, so being close to a station wasn't a priority for us. The hotel occupies an entire building, which gives it a complete and self-contained feel. There's also a parking platform, which is very convenient. The hotel service was fantastic across the board – concierge, front desk, and housekeeping were all excellent. The rooms are also quite spacious. The biggest issue is that the rooms are a bit dated; the plain white walls and overall decor feel very old-fashioned, almost like a state-owned hotel from a smaller Chinese city. I hope you understand what I mean by that.

Staying here was incredibly convenient! It's located in Gangnam, just a 10-minute taxi ride to Apgujeong and Sinsa-dong for shopping, and there's a convenience store right next door. The subway and bus stops are also very close, making it easy to get to all the major shopping areas and attractions. There's even a bus stop right in front of the hotel, where you can catch the 6703 airport limousine bus directly, which is a huge plus for travelers with luggage!

The concierge, who spoke Chinese, was incredibly helpful. He braved the heavy rain to help me with my luggage, which was exceptional service. He also assisted us with taxis during our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again!

Not far from Coex. The convenience store and Olive Young are a bit of a walk. The hotel facilities are a little dated, but the service is good. There's an indoor and an outdoor pool, but the outdoor one costs extra. You only get two complimentary bottles of water per day; additional ones are chargeable.

The room is great, spacious, and clean. It's very close to the luxury shopping street in Gangnam, making it easy to grab a bite and explore. Plus, you can cook in the room and laundry facilities are convenient.

My absolute favorite hotel! The service is excellent, and they even have a garment steamer. The apartment-style rooms are very spacious, with a fridge and a washing machine – no more worrying about my clothes smelling after having BBQ. Plus, it's just a short walk to the subway, and there's parking available right outside.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities, clean and tidy. The gym, pool, and sauna were all great. It's about a 5-minute walk from Hak-dong Station. The airport bus 6703 goes directly to the Imperial Palace Hotel, right to the entrance. However, the bus was incredibly slow, taking almost 2 hours.
