4/5Very Good10mins walk from mrt line5. The room was a bit dim even if I turned all the lights on. Also the noise of the little refrigerator annoyed me when I tried to sleep🥲 But they did good room cleaning service and offered free drinks~

4.2/5Very GoodI stayed in this hotel two times - first time, for 6 nights when exploring Seoul, and the second time for one night just before my flight back. On the first stay, I got a big, spacious room with a comfortable bed a bathtub, which was just fantastic. There was everyday room service, but the cleanliness was so-so. Despite that, I was overall very happy with my stay. However, on the second stay, I got a smaller room with just a shower - which I don't mind, because that's what I booked. However the problem was, the room smelled badly of cigarettes (that's despite me selecting non-smoking rooms for both my stays) and despite having the window open for a few hours I was not able to get the smell out. Also the mattress was very stiff and I could feel the springs sticking out. So in short, the quality of stay is highly dependent on the room you get assigned.

Haven't found the right property yet?
I really don’t understand some of the bad reviews. I read them after I already booked and was afraid tp get there. But the hotel is VERY nice. The room was super clean and the staff VERY friendly. Some reviews complained about the smell of cigarettes, but I booked a non-smoker room and I didn’t smell anything! :) They refill the fridge with drinks for free everyday and they really offer EVERYTHING you need for free. (Toiletries, brushes, Hairties, coat, whatever)
