Tria Business & Boutique Hotel

The room itself was alright, not too bad! The lobby was nice, but the guest room didn't quite live up to the lobby's standards. However, it was spacious enough with plenty of room to put our belongings. The hotel slippers weren't comfortable, so I'd recommend bringing your own. The shower isn't fully enclosed, so water tends to splash out and can wet the area around the toilet. On the upside, the hot water was fine! The TV in the room was large and very pleasant to watch, which was a definite plus! We visited during cherry blossom season, so the room rate was quite high. If the price were lower, it would be a pretty decent place to stay. Regarding the smell that others have mentioned, there was indeed a slight odor when we first entered, but after spraying some perfume, we didn't notice any strange smells anymore!

The room was very clean and the location was excellent. I highly recommend trying the BBQ downstairs, it was absolutely delicious! The transportation was also very convenient!

The hotel is located in Gangnam-gu, and they have a Chinese-speaking staff member who was very patient and meticulous in answering all our questions about transportation and other matters. We're very grateful for that. The room was very clean, and the hairdryer worked great, drying hair quickly. Unlike in China, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so remember to bring your own. However, soap and skincare products are available, as are shampoo and shower gel. Stepping out of the hotel, there's a whole street lined with restaurants, including a few that are open 24 hours. Convenience stores and coffee shops are also plentiful. The subway station is just a three to five-minute walk away, so overall, the location is very convenient. The convenience store outside the hotel sells climate cards, and you can exchange money and top up at the machines at Yeoksam Station, which pretty much covers all your needs. It was a very comfortable experience. Hope to see you again next time in Seoul.

The room was quite spacious, but they only gave us one key card for two people. There were no disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers in the room, which was a bit annoying. They said we had to pay extra for a toothbrush and toothpaste... First time I've encountered that.

The location is super convenient, right near Yeoksam Station on Line 2, making it easy to get anywhere! The only downside is that all the exits at Line 2 stations have stairs, so I had to put in a lot of effort to lug my luggage up. The front desk staff spoke Chinese and were very friendly. The room was clean, but they ignored my request for a single cleaning during my 7-day stay! The cleaning lady didn't smile at all, and I didn't want to bother her, so I just let it go. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great either; every morning I could hear my neighbors showering, and the sound of the water was particularly loud.
