The check in and check out was simple. I was worried the walk to the subway would be too far but it wasn't at all. Shops and coffee shops along the way to pick up anything before going out or returning to the hotel. There is also a shopping center downstairs with lots of restaurants and an Emart in walking distance. I got sick during my stay and the staff was very helpful. The bed was really comfy. I suffer from back pain and during my stay my bavk did not hurt at all. I was really surprised. The cleaner was very sweet. The bathroom had a bathtub and shower and there was a kettle in the room. However, there was no instant coffee just tea which wasn't a big deal to me because you can get coffee in just about any corner in Seoul. Because I got sick during my stay I wasn't able to check out any of the facilities: gym, cafe, etc so I can't comment on that. For me the most important in any hotel stay is the customer service and I found here it great. They were able to answer all my questions which is helpful in a foreign country. Definitely recommend!

This review is written from the perspective of someone who goes out for nightlife activities. So the place is about a 30 min drive from hongdae. Not much in the area around the hotel. There are some good korean bbq places around the corner if you are hungry. The place is neat and tidy. The beds are comfortable. It looks great and if you are going here for anything thats not nightlife related this place might work for you.

Not too far to walk to metro station by cutting through an alley full of restaurants. Bed is comfortable and spacious room. Like it that there is a big grocery store just diaginally across.

When checking in, I asked if there was a disposable sponge, and they said they would bring it up to the room, so I told them that if they didn't, I would come down and get it. (It was okay if it wasn't there. I just asked if it was there.) But they called and said, ”We'll prepare a sponge and deliver it directly to your room.” I said okay, and while I was waiting, they called again and said, ”We're sorry, but it's difficult to provide that kind of service.” . It was absurd. You said you would prepare it and give it to your room, but why did you suddenly say no? I think it would be good to investigate properly from the beginning and provide guidance.

I would definitely recommend this place. This will be my first option when I visit Seoul the next time. Very clean. Rooms are cleaned every day and the toiletries are also refilled daily. Staff are extremely helpful. Everything you could need for example rice cooker, microwave, washing machine, stove etc are in the room. Convenience stores are close by and close to transportation as well. Had a great stay

Near Seoul Guro Station, there are convenience stores nearby, department stores, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. There is also a limousine bus stop for the airport. The room has a shower toilet which is nice for Japanese people. It seems that only suites have bathtubs. The bed was about queen size, and I could watch two or three hundred online TV stations. Good cost performance.

This hotel was fine for my needs. I was out of the hotel most of the day, so it was just a place to sleep. This was my first time to Seoul so I didn’t know what to expect. The hotel staff was really kind, spoke English well, and answered a lot of my questions, they gave a great recommendation for a very local breakfast restaurant nearby. It was clean, aside from some of the grouting in the shower and one of the coffee mugs in the room was not cleaned well. The towels need an upgrade. The bed isn’t super soft. The room itself almost felt like a private university dorm room. There’s a mini fridge, a kettle, and a place to hang some clothes. There is a coffee shop and bakery directly downstairs and the metro is right around the corner, so the location was incredibly convenient. Overall, I think it’s an average hotel suitable for a traveler on a budget if you’re not spending a lot of time in the hotel. The staff was great!
