Convenient location at Coex, nicely arranged apartments with a super cosy bed. Attentive staff, really good coffee at the cafe downstairs. Restaurants and convenience stores in basements. Good gym and pool. Would come back anytime.

I was at this hotel for a 2 night stay in May 2023 for a work conference (which was also at the hotel). The room was fantastic - spotlessly clean with comfortable bed, nice bedding, large room and bathroom, cool bathtub, and all the amenities you’ll need. Room service food was great, and I appreciated free bottles of water in the room daily. The hotel isn’t in the thick of things from what I could tell, but it’s easy to get around Seoul, which is a fantastic city. The view over the river could not be beat. Overall I’d definitely recommend this high class hotel.

View isnt great since you cant get view of Seokchon lake. However, service and room condition are great. The room itself was also very spacious and gym is also nice. Worth to visit again! Definitely recommend for family trip.

The bed is extremely comfortable, the carpet is soft and clean, and the bath water is very good. There is also a dry cleaning machine in the room, which will be washed automatically as soon as you put it in. The details of all the rooms in this hotel are very good; the service is also okay. I am posting a review after spending one night at Pine Suite. There are two rooms and one more useless room. You can say there is no refrigerator. There are 8 dining chairs and the sofa can seat 3 people, so it was inconvenient for me as a family of 4 adults. Please note that the quick driver told me to come to the blocker to pick it up, saying that I couldn't come in. Everything is in line with regular members. The kit has not been used since March, and the infinity pool is not allowed for general resort guests. It was Para Para Seoul that left only regrets staying at my hotel. Ah~ I didn't use 3 tissues, so I requested it again 3 hours after I requested the front desk, and the woman brought it to me. What I really liked was the breakfast buffet, but it was more diverse and delicious than I thought. There are also fine suites with or without a jacuzzi or bathroom, so please check when making a reservation. My family said that revisiting is not good. The shower water pressure is also weak.

I think the location and service are top notch. I stayed on the 97th floor and the view from the room was the best. You can enjoy the night view from the bathroom. However, it is a shame that toothbrushes, shavers, etc. are charged. There is also a Lotte shopping mall in the adjacent building.
