Lotte Hotel Seoul Executive Tower

Myeong-dong Seoul|1.18km from Nanshan Steps (Sanshun Steps)
Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

For this price, it’s very good. The location is very convenient. It’s five minutes away from the subway station. You can go shopping in Myeongdong and there’s a delicious Korean restaurant in front of the B&B.

First of all, the location of the apartment is very good. It is near the station and there is a subway within a five-minute walk. It is very convenient to travel. The accommodation environment in the apartment is also relatively clean and safe. The rooms have general daily equipment, which is very convenient to use, and they are all very satisfactory. The price is also within the acceptable range. It can be said that it is a good and cheap place to stay.

Hotel is located some distance from trademark Namsan Seoul Tower. Though it does not offer car parking but it is a good value for money. It is clean and affordable. There are a couple of convinience stores nearby, so you do not have to walk much in case you need something to eat or drink. Overall nice place to spend a night here

Overall quite happy with the stay. The hotel price is cheaper and the room is bigger compare with others but need to walk a little bit more from Myeong Dong. It's just that it might not suitable for elderly people because in order to reach the hotel (by walking) you have to go through a steep hill.

We were there in November. LOCATION: Actually it is close to Heohyun subway station exit 1.As it was mentioned its near to Myeongdong subway,we gotdown at Myeongdong but we could not found it as near because nobody were able to understand what we were asking. When we called hotel, they asked to take us taxi. But one taxi driver didnot take us and showed the way in wrong direction. Then with much difficulty we got one more taxi and he was too good to assist us.So if you are going through Subway, get down at HUOHYUN station and take exit 1.Ask for Woori bank headquarters as this hotel is in same line with that. Negatives (according to me): Then after hectic travel,I was disaoppointed to see the room size.Just 1 bed to fit in and no place for luggage.we have to block our ways with luggage. No lift.It was already 10pm when we reached so we couldnot change hotel at that time.Bed lining was not changed as there were stains on it. Positives: Hotel staff were friendly, room was just okay to stay.Breakfast was good to go as they provided egg, bread, milk, cereals and 24×7 coffee.English speaking candidates at front desk were avaiable in mornings.

The check-in and check-out procedures were smooth and good. I was glad that there was a man who could speak a little Japanese! It was also great that it was within walking distance of Hoehyeon Station and Myeong-dong Station! I would like to use it again when I go to Korea next time! ! !
