View isnt great since you cant get view of Seokchon lake. However, service and room condition are great. The room itself was also very spacious and gym is also nice. Worth to visit again! Definitely recommend for family trip.

I think the location and service are top notch. I stayed on the 97th floor and the view from the room was the best. You can enjoy the night view from the bathroom. However, it is a shame that toothbrushes, shavers, etc. are charged. There is also a Lotte shopping mall in the adjacent building. Very convenient too You'll be able to spend the best time with your loved ones Everything about the front desk response made me want to go again. It was a hotel that made me think

I visit Seoul yearly and Lotte Hotel World is one of best I've stayed so far. Location: Great for cherry blossoms scenery with Lake View rooms and we managed to catch beautiful sunrise too. Although not near most tourist attractions, it's located above 2 subway stations & linked to Lotte malls. Customer Service: Excellent customer service. Kudos to Front Desk Mr Duke Lee & Ms Hwang Yoonkyoung for being so patient and accomdating with my many requests as I was travelling with family of 13. I really appreciate the attentiveness of Mr Duke as he would approach me when he saw me walking towards the front desk to assist me and even asked how were the day trips we went for. I would also like to thank Ms Sharon Kim from Room Reservations for being so helpful and patient too! Room: Well maintained & no complaints. Multi usb points means we don't have to fight to charge devices. Amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash smell nice! Only downside was toothbrush was chargable which we didn't expect. But it is part of the hotel's sustainability movement hence we respect that. We also had a room which was the Junior Suite. Spacious room with living room and dining area with basic kitchen. If utensils are provided, it would have been even more convenient as we bought some food back. Breakfast: One of the widest selection I have seen. Pastry selection is good and the croissants were hot favourite of the family. The service team is also attentive and prompt. We were always greeted with warm welcome and smiles. Overall: Thank you for making my family feel welcomed and we enjoyed our stay very much!

1. Location is good. However, it is a bit far from the subway, so it is not recommended on rainy days. 2. Service is good. The staff are friendly. 3. The room is spacious, but the facilities are problematic. ㆍOne side of the bed frame was cracked and making noise. If the staff sees it, please check frame number 407. ㆍYou need to clean the air conditioner more. There appears to be black mold or dust near the entrance. ㆍThe tissue boxes, ports, etc. are so old that it ruins the image of a good hotel. ㆍThe bathroom is too dark. Because of the location, it is very difficult to apply makeup. ㆍThe water sent to the rim of the bathtub completely wets the floor. Although it was a structural problem, it was inconvenient in many ways. ㆍThe bathroom is the biggest problem. There is a large gap at the bottom of the door and where the central axis is, allowing sounds and smells to spread into the room. This is an issue that the hotel must be aware of. ㆍThe noise is a bit loud. In addition to hearing noises from the hallway, it may be difficult for sensitive people to hear cell phones vibrating or conversations in the next room. Overall, I think it would be a much better hotel if the hotel took more care and repaired it.

The location is very good. Opposite is Shicun Lake. After dinner, you can go for a walk and go to Lotte World to play Lotte Department Store. Shopping is very convenient. The subway is about ten minutes away. The room is quite big. The bathroom is also very big. There are two types of shower and bathtub. It is very advanced and convenient to turn on and off the TV and turn on the air conditioner on a remote control panel👍

The room was very clean and comfortable, with beautiful scenery outside the window. Breakfast is American style, including coffee, salad, omelette, ham, milk, yogurt, cereal, and some side dishes, bread, cake, jam, butter and the like. There seems to be less ham, and no cheese or salami. I prefer salad coffee and fried eggs, they are simple and delicious. As for the location, it's a 10-15 minute walk from Seoul Baekje Station of Subway Line 9. It's still a bit tiring to drag the suitcase, especially in the summer when it's quite sunny. By the way, disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers are not provided in the room or hotel. You need to prepare them yourself, or you can buy them at the underground convenience store. The slippers are not public ones, so I didn't wear them. The socket near the window has a domestic three-hole socket, please give it a thumbs up. If you have many devices, it is safer to bring an adapter plug.

The location was convenient - under 10min walk to Lotte World Adventure/Mall/Tower and many restaurants and convenience store. The superior double room was on the smaller size for two people. No amenities were provided (except for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels - remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and etc. Bath robes seemed well used. Breakfast was 12,000 won (discounted price if you paid a day in advance). Food was decent for the price. Overall, service was good. The hotel offered a 20% coupon to the coffee shop next door (Oodo 55 coffee) and luggage storage service prior to check in and after check out.

The hotel is conveniently located very near the subway station. Receptionist can speak English very well and was very accomodating. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. If you need anything, you can just tell them and they will provide it for you in less than 2 minutes. The room was very clean. There are, by the way, reataurants around the hotel are open until midnight. Will definitely book again next time^^

Stayed here for a concert at the Olympic Park. It was convenient because it took about 5 minutes on foot from the nearest subway station and bus stop, and from that bus stop to the Olympic Park in 3 stops. There is a convenience store (CU) on the first floor of the hotel. There is also a Daiso in the building in front of the station. The rooms are old but they were clean and there was no dust or hair on them. I didn't mind the smell of the sheets. However, I stayed in a room without windows, so the smell of poor ventilation was noticeable the moment I entered the room. Almost all hotels in Seoul in this price range are like that. The water pressure in the shower is fine. The washbasin and shower booth are old facilities, so is it accumulated limescale? There is such a thing as honesty. However, it seems that daily cleaning is done properly. There were body soaps and shampoos for the amenities, but I brought my own so I didn't use them. There is no toothbrush, so you should bring your own. Both check-in and check-out were done by male staff. I was able to deal with the business efficiently. I can't speak Japanese, so I speak Korean or English. Considering the price of hotels in the center of Seoul these days, the cost performance is good. I would use it again.

The room was very clean, there was water and coffee. When I entered the hotel, the cute red VIP greeted 😆 Although the reception staff did not speak English, they were still very patient to use the translation software to communicate. Thank you for the male receptionist inside for helping to call the delivery 😄.
