UH FLAT Properties in Seoul

Perhaps due to the wide-angle lens used in the photos, the room was actually quite small, making it difficult to even open a suitcase. However, the hygiene was excellent, very clean. Breakfast consisted of the items shown on the right side of the picture: a choice of one out of four options, plus a soup of the day and an Americano (other drinks cost extra). Personally, I didn't find it to be good value for money. The refrigerator made strange noises, and in the middle of the night, I even thought someone was doing renovations.

It's affordable, clean and cozy. Check in is easy. You will get secret number for the room lock and lobby door on the day of check in. If you have a Korean phone number they will send you the details through kakao talk. Parking is free but you need to register your car at the lobby desk. Washing machine in the room but bring your own detergent. Free Wifi but you can only connect 3 devices at the same time. If you want your room cleaned you have to contact them. The subway station is close by but it's the end of the line. If you only stay in Incheon you will be alright but traveling to Seoul will take a long time. Convenience store in the lobby and coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Overall a great alternative to a hotel.

Being able to cook, do laundry, and having an electronic clothes refreshers is great for longer stays. It's not far from the subway and bus stations, and there are small supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. The room type I booked even came with a massage chair. I was very satisfied with this stay and would choose to stay here again in the future.
