I couldn't understand their English, and no one spoke Chinese (we arrived in the middle of the night). My tired mom and I spent over an hour wandering around the airport, made seven or eight calls to the hotel staff, and even tried to get help from airport personnel (it turns out only one person at the massive airport information desk spoke English, and they didn't even know about this hotel 🥲). The main point is, only one person at the airport's information desk spoke English (and we arrived late at night), making it incredibly difficult. Eventually, we took a taxi from T2 (if you're arriving at T2 with family late at night, just do this; otherwise, don't book this place. But if you're taking a taxi anyway, book a hotel closer to where you'll be sightseeing during the day). When we arrived, the doorman saw us getting out of the car but didn't come out to help with our luggage. The same happened after check-in when we went to the elevator; my mom and I handled everything ourselves. While the breakfast was decent and the environment was okay (as expected for a five-star hotel), I absolutely cannot accept the service. I booked this place specifically for my mom to get some good rest, but it ended up being more troublesome than staying downtown (where hotels of similar standard are even cheaper). I will definitely not return to this 'five-star' hotel a second time; it's completely worthless! A five-star hotel in my home country would definitely find a way to resolve this. Their airport pick-up and direction-giving service was truly terrible. In the end, when I left, they didn't even inform me about airport drop-off service. My mom and I were dragging our luggage along the corridor and saw small carts picking up and dropping off other guests. I chose this hotel specifically so my mom wouldn't be too tired, but it ended up exhausting her 🥲. I admit I personally don't understand much of their English, but for a five-star hotel of this caliber, I have a very big problem with it.
