Uncle reception is very friendly and helpful, but the room is not what we expected. No window at all and nothing looked like in pic but luckily there are 3 of us. If me alone I wouldn’t dare to stay at all, good enough just to sleep but there are better option with the same price

Unfortunately, this place is suitable for single people who don't have a place to stay or who just want to sleep. The difference from the previous night on Penang Island was huge, and I was very disappointed. The only saving grace was the big smile of the old man at the front desk and his earnest efforts to guide me, even though I arrived in the middle of the night. The location was also farther from the airport than I expected, right in the middle of the national road farm! However, there seemed to be local restaurants on both sides of the hotel, so eating was not a problem.

One word rotten hotel! The lights in the room keep flashing, only 1 TV station is on Malay. I regret booking the package. The photo shows that there is a window in and no window. It's only worse. The air conditioner is not cold
