Napzone KLIA by Sovotel

Our group of 11 had a deeply upsetting experience at Napzone KLIA in the early hours of 14 November 2025. Despite being exhausted from delayed flights, we were met with extremely rude and hostile behaviour from the receptionist. She spoke harshly, snatched our passports, and repeatedly told us to “go back to your country.” We did not feel safe or welcome and chose not to use the service. Instead, we slept on the airport floors. Unfortunately, 4 of us (including myself) later fell sick with viral fever, likely due to the stress and lack of rest. This was one of the most disappointing hospitality experiences I have ever encountered, especially in a country known for its warmth and tourism culture. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures no other traveller faces such treatment.
