The area is nice. Is near to 7-11, McDonalds, and few other restaurants. Room is decent too, with nice air conditioner. However, the reception is bad, and barely have any connection in room. Using wifi also is not helping as it the signal is weak there too. Recommended if just want to sleep only.

Next to the shop there's a 7-Eleven, so it's easy to buy anything you need. There's also a Thoulath mamak restaurant with delicious roti canai. Getting to the airport is convenient too.

The hotel have a good standard of cleanliness and is in a convenient location surrounded by restaurants and small markets, but the rooms are very noisy in the night time and the buildings are very poor and old, also hot water is so so.

We were 4 pax and booked a family room. The room condition was terrible: the air conditioner wasn’t working and we had to rely only on the wall fan. The shower head also barely worked. Next time don’t want to repeat stay here
