"Even though it's on the first floor, the soundproofing is excellent. The location is super convenient, less than 1km from Terminal 2, offering great value for money. The entire hotel has an elegant atmosphere with fantastic greenery. The first floor features floor-to-ceiling skylights and really good sound insulation. During Christmas, there's a concert, and on the ground floor, you'll find a restaurant, billiards, TV, bar, coffee shop, and laundry room, and even a study – it's all very cozy. Highly recommend it; I'll definitely stay here again for my next layover."

"Third time staying here as driving to klia to pick up our daughter on a late night arrival. The location is a ten minute drive from the airport or a guest could book the shuttle service which runs hourly in the morning but two hourly in the afternoon and evening. Free car park but although we had registered our car plate number this time as not known to the exit gate person who had to write down our room number and name before letting us drive out. A buggy service led us to our room where we could park nearby. Lobby had vending machines for drinks and cup noodles and snacks and notice boards with the current departures and arrivals times and info about delays at klia and klia2. The room was comfortable but a few improvements like giving a room access card per guest instead of one card per room only and having hand towels in addition to bath towels would be helpful."

"Despite a late check-in, I received a very warm and professional welcome from the front desk, which immediately made me feel at ease. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for resting before a flight. The shower had strong, consistent water pressure, which was a big plus. I had an early check-out to catch my flight, and the free shuttle service to the terminal was very well organized. Although there was a short queue, it moved very quickly. The driver was friendly, helpful, and courteous, making the transfer smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great stay. I will definitely choose Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA again for my future flights."

"I needed a bed for a night nearby the office and Urban Inn is the right place for me with the location being a seven-minute drive away. I stayed here the previous week and found it decent. There’s one cafe at the corner and a supermarket at the other end of the block. There’s also a walkable place to buy food (or dine in). I’m a happy camper."

"Conveniently located inside KLIA2, Aerotel is perfect for transit or early morning flights. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite being in the airport. Staff are friendly and check-in is smooth. The bed is cozy, and the shower has good water pressure. Great for a short rest between flights."

"The hotel seems newly renovated and is about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport, which is perfect for catching an early flight! The room size is decent, and they provide mineral water and basic toiletries, though there are no slippers. Considering the price, it offers great value for money. There are also plenty of convenience stores and small restaurants nearby, so you don't have to worry about food and drinks."

"It’s possibly the cheapest and the best option you can go to if you have an early morning flight and spend the night near the airport. They provide free shuttle if you’re coming to/from KLIA2 which is convenient. Breakfast could need some protein or any meat into their spread. Room can be small but id your purpose is to just get a nice sleep then this should be enough."

"The hotel is quite near to KLIA airport. It took about 20-25 mins to reach using Grab car. The hotel is big & nice with wide lobby. The room is also clean, comfortable and with all the amenities. We stayed there for 1 night only since our flight is the next day. The breakfast spread is quite good too with varieties of food, local and western. There is also a free shuttle service to the airport at no cost. Overall, it was a good and nice hotel to stay!"
