Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed your stay. The buffets were top tier and the activities that the hotel offers are really well organized and the drivers are friendly and really knowledgeable about where to find most of the animals. Really recommend!

Really nice hotel with very very friendly staff.

The hotel is located in the Mala Delta, but there are not actually many animals here in October when there is not a big migration. It's better located on Ashnil's side. If the cheap season price can live, the peak season price is fine

We had a truly wonderful stay at Mara Serena Safari Lodge, right inside the beautiful Mara Triangle. The location is unbeatable — surrounded by nature with stunning views of the plains and wildlife all around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly designed to blend into the natural setting. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of variety. A special thank you to Edwin, who served us so kindly at the restaurant. He was attentive, friendly, and great with our kids, ensuring they enjoyed their meals from the excellent kids’ menu. The staff, service, and atmosphere made our stay absolutely unforgettable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Masai Mara!

Absolutely epic hotel views and location. The rooms are small but comfy, the views make up for any space issues! The pool is lovely and clean! Bar staff are great and food is lovely! We had a packed lunch from the hotel and it was incredible, the best packed lunch I’ve ever seen! I would 100% come back to this hotel!

I had an amazing stay at Mara Serena Safari Lodge. The location is absolutely breathtaking, right in the heart of the Masai Mara with incredible views of the savannah and wildlife. The staff were exceptional – friendly, professional, and always helpful. They made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with a beautiful balcony view. Waking up to the sounds and scenery of the Masai Mara was unforgettable. The food was great and the overall atmosphere of the lodge was peaceful and special. The safari experience was also very well organized. This was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Africa. I highly recommend this lodge to anyone visiting the Masai Mara.

I have been bringing medical groups to Kenya for 22 years, and Mara Serena was my first safari in 2004. I was blown away by my experience then, and just returned again to find the same great accommodations, food, and service. Albert made it easy to book our group of 36, and their team took great care of us from the time of our arrival. Everyone in our group had their expectations exceeded by the quality of the food, their rooms, their guides, and the game drives. We highly recommend!

Very nice, water had issues in some rooms… but they fixed it. Bar was great, they made all drinks… yes, the views were amazing and I had a 90 minute massage that was incredible… only $74 US $$!!

A magnificent hotel set in an exquisite setting. Spectacular views as far as the eye can see. Luxury accomodation, great staff and food. Very professional and friendly. The game drives were fabulous citing an abundance of animals. You won’t be disappointed.

My stay at Mara Serena Safari Lodge was unforgettable. The location is incredible, I could literally see miles of the reserve right from the lodge, and watching animals move across the plains from the balcony felt so surreal. The food was excellent and the service warm and attentive. This trip was a perfect blend of comfort and authentic safari experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Mara Serena Safari Lodge. The lodge is beautifully located inside the Maasai Mara Triangle offering great views of the savannah. One of the best parts was enjoying the scenery from my room balcony while spotting animals moving across the plains below. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the entire experience felt peaceful and truly connected to nature. The food! The food was out of this world! best I’ve had this year! A perfect place for anyone looking to experience the magic of the Mara.
