I stayed with my son for a day. He have some activities at UPM. Overall the hotel is okay.. location is perfect, you can get a lot of good foods around the area. I will pick this hotel again if I am back to this location. Thank you.

Hotel is nice and clean. But no lift. Not suita le for elder. No complimentary water bottle

The room cleaning service is slow. I have placed the card "need to be clean", then in the afternoon back to the hotel, the cleaner hasn't cleaned up. Besides, the cleaner should arrange the time for cleaning by 12pm... Not too early or late because someone may still be in their dreams... Otherwise, please make good maintenance for the door or surrounding area because every time I go back to the hotel, it will smell like the humidity is very over, and the pillow smells as well.

The floor was quite slippery and sticky. The location is good, but the place feels a bit old. The pillows and bed were just okay. For the price, it's pretty good though!

Need to improve on cleanliness and maintenance on air conditioner. My room got musty smell and the wall also seem got fungus

The service is good, I can check in late as i arrive at 12 am in the morning. The cleanness is also good.. They also provide free tea for their customer.

Self parking using coupon. No lift only staircase. For senior citizens is not recommended cause it will be hard for them.

1) Good - a) The check-in & check-out was hassle free. The lady in charge was helpful & nice. b) It was so close to one of the local universities (being the main reason why the hotel was a choice initially). 2) Setback - a) There was a lot of noises at night (even after 12 midning). Noise reduction was non at all & you can hear people whispering (probably outside the room). b) If you are sensitive to noise during your sleep; this is not a good choice for you to stay.

The bed was very soft, made the rest extra enjoyable. The room was clean-ish but there was some lizard poop, maybe could do a small clean up before the check in. The toilet was functional and the water heater was functional as well.

This place is ridiculously expensive; you wouldn't pay more than 100 RMB for something like this back home. The water heater leaks and it's impossible to get the temperature right. The toilet paper is unusable, and the soundproofing is terrible. There's an overwhelming and pungent smell of mosquito repellent. This is truly a rural motel in every sense of the word.

I wont complain much because of the cheap rate and its great location, but I hope, at least please make it clean and comfortable. The toilet smells bad that I have to close it, and the door knob is broken. On the sink has used dental floss, that is so disgusting.
