Reviews of Smile Hotel The Mines Seri Kembangan

The two double beds were alright, but the room door wasn't great. Also, the lock inside the room didn't work; it could only be pulled shut. I found a dead cockroach under a pillow. The hotel had a bit of an odor, but there was a water dispenser, so that's okay. The nearest MRT is Serdang Jaya, and a Grab ride there costs about 8 ringgit.

Comfortable and quiet environment, very friendly staff, and a beautiful location. There are plenty of parking spaces right in front of the hotel, so you don't have to walk far. I'll definitely be back.

Budget hotel but love the cleanliness and amenities. They even provide iron, iron board, hair dryer. For less than rm100 for triple room is very worth it. Very recommended.

Good service and clean room. Comfortable to stay here although the location need to has a long way of U-turn.

It needs to improve a lot, especially in terms of amenities, Iron need to request feom the counter & no oron board provided 😔, however its good that the staff who attended me friendly.

There is renovation on going right now at the hotel. They should mention on the web. the noise from renovation you can hear from inside the room. luckily it is only happen during the day. they have canvas outside the room to cover the floor.other else is ok.no tea or coffee provided. parking is enough
