Zafiro Palace Andratx

It was a nice family friendly hotel with a lot of pools and an adults only pool which was very calm. I went there with a friend and parents and had a blast. It had some lovely restaurants and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The breakfast buffet was lovely and it had some amazing food. There was lots of young children aged 3-12 and also lots of only adults. I recommend this hotel if you were to stay in Mallorca.

We have just returned from our Honeymoon, the Hotel very much lives up to its rating in all respects. It's kept spotlessly clean, the staff in all areas can't do enough for you. We ate in all 5 restaurants and the food is magnificent as is the service. The breakfast buffet offers the widest choice and highest standard I've had the pleasure of enjoying. There are 5 pools including a separate one for children. We were fortunate enough to pick a suite with its own private pool which overlooked the golf course and also had views of the bay. Brilliant place to stay and we will certainly look forward to going back.

Our stay was like paradise! Everything so perfect.... And the view from our room 1215....JUST AMAZING!!! We'll sure be back soon!!!

I stayed for four nights with my daughter, who had just finished her A Levels, and it was just the relaxing break she needed. The hotel is lovely, the pools spectacular, and it was great to have a pool just for adults where we could sunbathe and read quietly. The all-inclusive package surpassed our expectations! We dined in the A La Carte restaurants every night, and the food was exceptional. It was great to have an all-inclusive package which really was just that, with few/no items that required a surcharge. Lobster, steaks, etc, all included. All meals were cooked and served to perfection, it really is a hotel for foodies. All restaurant and bar staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Only one slight thing to improve on - it would have been great to have more staff presence around the pool, to hand out clean towels, help with umbrellas etc, but this is really fine tuning as our stay was excellent. Would definitely go back, and thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in the junior suit , it was perfect from start to finish , facilities where perfect with private pool in our room. We had breakfast and dinner included and the quality and variety was more than enough…5 minutes walk to the beach …would recommend and would return

Fabulous location 5 mins away from a lovely sandy beach which was very busy. Water was crystal clear and warm. Camp de Mar feels very safe and the people very friendly. The Hotel is on a slight hill with most rooms providing a sea view. We stayed in a junior penthouse suite with plunge pool. The pool was up a steep flight of stairs which was unexpected but not a huge problem. If children were accompanying I would be concerned. The room was huge and the bed super comfortable. The bathroom had semi opaque glass as the toilet door and the shower. The restaurants were fabulous and I cannot fault any of them. The staff were fantastic in every way. There were lots of children at the hotel especially toddlers. Which were allowed in all the restaurants. In summary if you want to be spoilt, sit around one of the many pools and eat good food served by staff who were fantastic this Hotel ticks every box.

Had a great week at this hotel. Great A la Carte restaurants. Buffet restaurant was great for breakfast & evening meal. We were in a Club Penthouse room which had great views of the sea & mountains. Having been to the Zafiro Palace Palma Nova last year, I would say that one thing that is definitely missing here, is a place to chill & relax inside during the day to have a coffee or drink. The Blue Lounge Bar does not open till 17:00. You can get a drink at one of the trucks, but that is outside. We asked where we could get a drink & were told that apart from the trucks, there was only the bar at La Veranda when it was open for meals, which was not really a relaxing area anyway. They also said we could get a drink at the swim up. OK but we have to swim to get one. We just wanted a place to chill inside out of the sun for an hour or so. I really do feel that they should look into this aspect of the hotel. Julie in the Club complex was very helpful & pleasant to deal with. If you like a nice view, be very careful what room you choose. Whilst most rooms offer great views, some rooms have a poor outlook. Will be staying at the Zafiro Palace Alcudia in 3 months time so looking forward to seeing how that one compares. Would I return to the Andratx hotel. Yes, even if there was not a place to chill during the day.

We had an amazing 4 night stay in the club swim up room at the Zafiro Palace. From the moment we arrived everything was amazing!! Chceck in We checked in on-line before arriving at our hotel and were asked to have a seat and brought a glass of cava whilst our bags were taken to our room. We were then given a quick tour of the hotel en route to our room. Room Our room was amazing and te extra touches of a bottle of wine, fresh flowers and a bottle of Gin & Tonic on arrival were very lovely touches! The room was beautiful as were the views. The bed was the most comfortable I had ever slept in to the point that I was extremely sad to leave it which is often not the case when you go on holiday! Food I have stayed at quite a few all inclusive hotels and I can honestly say that without doubtthis is the best food I have ever eaten at a hotel – the variety of food on offer was amazing! We were lucky enough to stay in one of the club rooms which I can highly recommend as you get use of your own pool area and food truck! The variety of food available at the truck was great and the member of staff that worked there was extremely friendly and could not do enough for you (apologies I did not get his name) Extras We made use of one of the scooter available at the hotel to go to the Port of Andratx for the morning which was a lot of fun and I would highly recommend doing this if you get the chance! All in all we had an amazing stay at this hotel and cannot wait to return!!
