I returned to Sestri Levante for a few days, I was lucky enough to be able to stay at the Casa per ferie Provvidenza. A religious structure managed by Marcello and Vittoria. They are two extremely kind people who make you feel like you are at a friend's house. The rooms are all renovated, excellent cleanliness and order. The structure has a lift and air conditioning. Better than many hotels. They offer a basic breakfast, of course don't expect a luxury buffet but there is everything essential, even fresh focaccia every morning. English: We stayed two nights using a SmartBox for one night plus one paid night. The structure is simple, but equipped with everything you need: essential furnishings, large bathroom, with a shower that worked properly. The room, the sheets and the bathroom are clean and in good condition. Our room did not have a view of the sea or the mountain, but it was quite bright. There is also an air conditioner / heat pump to air condition the room. The hotel has a convenient internal parking lot, although some free parking spaces can also be found on the road near the structure. The welcome from Mr. Vincenzo is courteous and helpful; courtesy also from the staff. The kitchen of the structure is no longer in operation, but a good continental breakfast is available, with packaged brioches but also with freshly defrosted croissants; there is no shortage of juices, yogurt, jams etc. Overall the stay is pleasant and functional to take advantage of the nearby beach of Riva Trigoso or to visit Sestri Levante and other places in the surrounding area (beautiful).
