Reviews of Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbia at Harbison, SC

I have stayed at this particular Country Inn and Suites a number of times. The condition of the rooms and facility has continued to degrade significantly. The chairs in the lobby and in the rooms are all stained up, the carpet is stained, the lamp shades are broken, holes from pictures are in the walls, furniture is worn to the point that the stain/paint is missing from the edges, and some rooms look like they are a crime scene. I am actually SHOCKED that Radisson would allow its Franchisee to operate a facility in this condition. I would expect Radisson to require significant upgrades, new furnishings, new carpet, paint, etc. and to require the owner to make them very soon.

Nice comfortable entry and diving area. Good breakfast with hot food... pancakes, pork sausage patties, biscuits, and gravy plus all the other usual items. Clean but old looking rooms. Stayed in 312. Great hot water and shower pressure. All the toiletries are not filled. Coffee maker wasn't cleaned. Quiet through the night. Nice size fridge in the room and micro. Supposed to have hair dryer but none in the room. Lady at reception counter couldn't find one, which is hard to believe! She's not the friendliest person either. Phone in the room didn't work when I needed to call the front desk about the air-con. Could use more lights in the rooms. There's only two. Pool's been closed for repair. Laundry machines were also under repair so not usable. Prices should be reduced while items aren't usable. Call first to make sure you're going to get what you want from the listing.

Nice hotel,spacious rooms. Nice quality for the price. Will recommend to friends and family

The service is really good only because she had the movie The second room wasn't clean and the third room was also not very clean but it was at least cleaner than the second round that I got it that I was in .. also trip kind of sucks itself because the platform it is because I ordered a suite and I paid extra for suite but that's not what they consider a suite so I had a double queen room
