Quality Inn & Suites Sevierville - Pigeon Forge

Room was clean and staff very helpful. Pool and hot tub was amazing. Only thing that would have been better. Rooms need better lighting, only had three lamps in the two rooms. Will will stay again.

Phone didn’t work, tv didn’t work. Was told I’d get a fee if a dog was snuck in. Before booking I made sure this place was pet friendly. Stayed 1 night out of our 4 day stay

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast had a great selection but the room as far as cosmetic could use some work.

I specifically paid for a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi did not work - not power to it - room was nasty - I had to pick up trash from the bathroom - we ended up not even staying- we left before 10:00pm that night! Total waste!

The patio balcony door wouldn't lock you can put your fingers under the door came under the rooms that run a lot of cold air in the other towels by the door to keep the cold air out. When you open the little drawer put clothes away and there was King dong box in there open if they doesn't throw away and the cigar raffle on the ground on the carpet. The carpet was frayed going into the bathroom of roach crawled out of the bathroom into the bedroom the light stand if you would touch it the light would flicker on and off. The mirror in the bathroom needed to be replaced. The staff when you trying to talk to them cared about anything. The food was cold for breakfast in the morning. This is the second time I've stated a quality inn in Tennessee once in Sevierville once it's Columbia I will never stay in another one again. I could have stayed down the street at the mountain Vista and it was older but I would look at it the rooms are cleaner and it was half the price of quality inn and it had a jacuzzi in the room.

Pool closes early, food is same thing every day. Bathroom dirty, rusty metal. Beds had medal posts sticking out. Maid walked in after seen we were there. Clean sheets/towels. Lots of space. Liked 2 sinks at Bathroom.

Room was good for the price. The Hot tub was freezing cold. Breakfast was ok. Not great.

Room, grounds, staff and area of location wasn't good. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. Other than that I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone going to Pigeon Forge.

Room needs to be updated but was clean. Shower knob was loose but staff came right away and fixed it. Breakfast was moderate as well.
