Reviews of Best Western Sevierville/Kodak Inn

Chose this best western due to location and indoor pool, the hotel itself could use updating. The staff was friendly and helpful. Fire alarm went off our first night, while going down hall water was coming out of light fixture in front of one of the rooms, went to front desk was informed something in pool area set off fire alarm and manager was trying to reset it, I advised staff member of the water situation, in morning there was bucket in front of that door, later that afternoon that particular spit the piece of ceiling fell to floor. With all that I'd still recommend a stay.
