Nice room and location. We were able to get a river view room on the 2nd floor. It also overlooks Parkway, and the Titanic Museum, Hatfield V McCoy, Wonderworks, and Beyond the Lens could be seen not far away. It's a little bit noisy there starting in the morning but we didn't notice any noise during sleep time. The indoor pool was the only one open. It's not really big but it's nice. Breakfast was a hot, buffet-style hotel meal. Waffle maker, scrambled eggs and/or bacon, coffee, hot chocolate, french vanilla hot chocolate (not chocolate of course), various pastries, cereal, OJ, yogurt (with nuts and granola available). What I ate of that was good. We stayed 3 nights during our Spring Break. The area was extremely busy all the time. Pigeon Forge provides convenient access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

What a beautiful location and wonderful getaway. The hospitality was phenomenal. We stayed in the Morning Glory cottage where it was so clean and quaint. All the cottages are together with a very short stroll to the main house for breakfast. They were so accommodating with my dietary restrictions and the food was fabulous! Our cottage had a huge hot tub that closed our night just perfect. We took in the spa and dinner excursions and it was perfect as well. We liked the fact that it was off the beaten path and so quiet. This is a great place to stay while you experience the Great Smokey Mountains and all it has to offer.

Bed were comfy, rooms were clean. They appear to be newly renovated, I like that they didn't have carpet. Staff was very friendly. They don't have breakfast (due to covid) but we knew that upfront. They did have complimentary coffee and juice that was very good! Would definitely stay here again.

I once saw a picture of their sign that said it wasn't the newest but it is the cleanest. No business gimmick, it was very clean and very enjoyable to stay in.

Quiet and very clean. The breakfast bar was just enough to get you up and started for the day. We decided to stay for an extra night thus giving us more time in Gatlinburg. All and all it was a comfortable stay.
