Don't stay here, it's terrible, an absolute rip-off. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the room, and the mini-fridge was empty. When I asked the front desk, they told me to go buy it myself from a hidden, dark vending machine, where the water cost as much as water with full service in a five-star hotel. Let's talk about the service attitude, including the restaurant staff – absolutely awful, sarcastic and mean-spirited, like an untrained private family-run hotel. The bathroom door didn't close properly, constantly letting in drafts, there was mold in some spots, and the drain was weird – after showering for a bit, my feet were submerged because of a design flaw, not a clog. As for the location, it's even less recommended if you're attending an event; late at night, it's completely deserted, not a soul in sight. The food in the restaurant was incredibly bad, the worst I've ever had. I told Ctrip customer service that this place is worse than a youth hostel – hostels might have more people, but they don't disgust you with conditions like this.

Great comfy rooms with large king bed. Plus one for amenities generally. Minus point for shower button which was broken and service staff which we found to be not too hospitable when we inquired about why the rooms were 19 degrees C and were freezing. Little far from centre but there’s a nearby bus stop for convenience.

I was very disappointed with my stay. I couldn’t sleep because of the loud TV noise coming from the next room and ended up waking up at 6 a.m. due to the disturbance. The receptionist was extremely helpful and did her best, but when the issue was escalated, the manager admitted it is a known problem with the TVs and poor sound isolation. Unfortunately, this made my stay quite uncomfortable. I’m leaving the city, so I won’t be booking again, but I hope the hotel addresses this issue for future guests.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, which isn't a problem for tourists renting cars. Because it's not in the city, the hotel is quite large, with complete amenities, and the rooms are also fairly spacious.
