I spent a long weekend in November with my wife; the choice went on this hotel, let's be honest, because of availability and location. It is an old structure requiring maintainance, on the major aspects rather than on the details. For example, the beds are (in my opinion) extremely comfortable, you have elctricity and USB charging points next to the bed, and there is a safe in the cabinet. There is not a fridge in the room. The bathroom in my room requires a complete restyling. Old, not well maintained, not user friendly if you have a certain age (no shower, but baththat you must climb in and out). I will never understand why certain hotels have baththubs... Hair dryier is included. There was a strange and strong smell at the entrance and in the common ara. Not in the bedrooms. We did not go for the breakfast, hence no opinion on that: it was not included in our fee, and honestly for 8 EUR/person we decided to go to backeries for fresh pastries. Good point is that we could open the windows on a sort of french balcony (we were on the first floor). The scherms were not the best but did their job. The location is very good, being in between the touristic area/center and the "locals area" where you want to go for aperitives and dinner (unless you want to stay at touristic places...). In my opinion, it would need a little more effor to have a 3rd star.

Hotel in the city center. Shortly after checking in we noticed that the bathroom fixtures and shower in the room had practically not been cleaned. They change our room. At 7 pm we notice that the air conditioning in the room is not working. We ask the staff and they tell us that it is a problem for the entire hotel and that it will be resolved within a few hours. At 11.15pm the situation was not resolved. It was 35° C in the room. We canceled the room and found a 4 star for the same price. In Seville at the height of summer it is not tolerable to find yourself in a room at 11pm without air conditioning. Leaving aside my misadventure that needed to be told, I can say that the location of the hotel is excellent and perhaps it is one of the qualities that saves the structure. 24 hour reception, old rooms. A bit high quality/price ratio. I'm sorry but we can do much better.

We expected more from this Hotel, they gave us a room on the fourth floor where the windows overlooked a street that is under construction, since 8:00 in the morning the noise is drilling your head so you cannot rest, in our case I I was doing a course and my husband came to work and it is impossible to work and rest. I think they should give rooms that face the other street, since at least in these three days that we have been there, the hotel is practically empty, the rooms right in front of mine are unoccupied and the noise would not be so disturbing. Having that consideration with clients would not hurt, and of course they should warn that it is under construction. On the other hand the beds are very uncomfortable, very hard. I have to say in favor that the staff is very friendly and that the location is good.

It is a modest hotel that from the photos looks like an old hotel and you will not be comfortable, but I have been in worse 4 and 5 star hotels than this one. Es un hotel 3 estrellas muy básico. Tenía que pedir en recepción papel higiénico o shampoo o jabón porque no lo reponían. Lo mejor la ubicación. Para llegar al ascensor hay que subir unos escalones, así que atención las personas con movilidad reducida. La habitación es pequeña. La ducha del baño muy buena. El personal de recepción muy amable.Las perchas eran un rejunte de perchas de distintos lugares… No sé si volvería. Contraté sin desayuno. Menos mal! Xq no se veía para nada apetitoso lo que ofrecían. A 1 cuadra y media está el café Santa Gloria, buenísimo y barato

L'hotel si presenta curato, le camere sono ben arredate e sono dotate di aria condizionata. La struttura si trova in pieno centro ed è a soli 10 minuti dalla cattedrale. Unica pecca è che non possiede un parcheggio, ma si può facilmente trovare un posto auto nelle stradine vicine. In generale, ottimo rapporto qualità /prezzo. Consiglio questo albergo a chi vuole visitare i principali monumenti di Siviglia senza camminare troppo.
