Hotel Plaza

Quite a bad experience that we will not repeat. The room is a small mousetrap with a window that overlooks an interior patio that looks nothing like the photographs on the website. Upon arrival we were greeted by the concierge who was very friendly at all times but warned us that the elevator was broken just yesterday, a pity that our room was on the top floor, floor 5. The technicians did not appear so the entire stay of two days doing up stairs, down stairs... suffering with suitcases. And to finish fixing the issue... just as we opened the bedroom door, a horrible smell of sewage hit us in the face. Horrible every time we entered so we had to buy incense for both rooms to be able to stay in the room...so imagine in the bathroom. The only positive thing is that the location is good being in the center. By the way, there is no parking associated with the hotel, so you have to leave your vehicle in the private parking lot in front of the hotel and it costs you over 25 euros per day...I recommend parking your car in the parking area. the Plaza de España to save on parking since in the downtown area it is impossible to find free parking because it is a resident area. In short, double room not suitable for sensitive stomachs, this hotel is not recommended even for the price.

Its location is excellent. We paid for a room with a window and well, it does have a window but it is oblique in the room and overlooks an air conditioner… when we entered the room, the door practically faced the bed. Its size is tiny. The bathroom is of good dimensions but the sink did not drain. No outside noise was heard but all the conversations that were happening in the corridor were heard. The trunk, is an adapted bathroom stacked with suitcases, we had to do contortionism to catch it. I have been in another hotel with similar characteristics and nothing to see. I would not repeat
