Central location, self check-in was convenient. As it's a newly renovated hotel, everything felt new and clean.
It's suitable for a short trip travellers as it's you can hear the noise from the road outside.

First of all, the apartment is located very convenient, close to bus station, 15 min walking distance of all the important places to visit and close to shops and restaurants. Second, the place is very nice and comfy, we were in 301 and it was more than enough for us…with the little kitchen ,the bed very comfortable, complimentary cava and water . The communication with the host was excellent.

A delightful apartment with a fully functional kitchen. The customer service was outstanding. Our flight times did not match check in or check out times. Not a problem, Natalie provided us with the code to the building to store our luggage. E-mail response was quick with any query, and on the one occasion I called , perfect English was spoken to my relief. We've been to Sevilla many times in the last 10 years and will be getting married there in May this year. As such we have experienced many hotels and apartments. This is up there with the best of them. Great location as well - just 5/10 minute walk to centre.

Liked everything about my stay.. only issue was couldn’t get tv to work which was a little annoying late in the evening but not that big a deal.. I didn’t travel to Seville to watch television 😅

Overall, the hotel's location was convenient, but our experience was marred by the presence of ants in the room. We purchased groceries with the intention of having breakfast in our room, only to find that our food was attacked by ants. When I brought this issue to the owner's attention and requested some form of accommodation or discount, the response was disappointing. Unfortunately, we had to dispose of our food and incur additional costs for breakfast. It would have been appreciated if more concern and action were taken to address the situation.

A nice clean apartment, everything to our disposal. Shops, restaurants, sights to see and more in walkable distance.
Kind staff and whatsapp communication with the hotel manager.
We where very happy it wasnt loud or too warm/cold.

if you want to be disturbed and woken up during your stay then this is the apartment for you. absolutely unbelievable meant to have a pleasant peaceful stay but was opposite. you can hear guests coming in and out, slam doors, you cant sleep as there is a room next door which has generators/loud machines all through the night! management unhelpful and not accommodating

Excellent all round, brilliant communication from them given that there isnt a manned helpdesk. Great location, apartment does the job. Only inprovement that could be made is perhaps the tv could be a smart tv with option to watch netflix or have some international
/english channels :)
