Well, as you ask, I tell my experience... I make a mistake on trip.com when choosing a room since I wanted a double room and I chose a single room and I immediately contact the hotel to obtain a solution and obviously they tell me that I must contact the page on which I made the reserve. I call trip.com customer service and after waiting 40 minutes charging me a lot for the call, I call the hotel again to demand a solution which from the beginning he had told me that he could not solve me... Excuse me but I have 2 children, one 9 months old and the other 9 years old, we sleep together in a large bed, is an extra bed possible even if I have to pay for the supplement? Of course!! The girl tells me, well, I would have saved 40 minutes of calls in time and pocket and in case they caught me, I would have canceled (I think). For a room with two joined beds 20 euros more. We entered everything very clean but an unbearable heat. We call and they tell me that they will go up to see it as soon as they can. Thank you!! While we will be in the pool!! A very small but very clean pool full of hammocks of which we have not been able to take advantage of any of them because everything was full and there was no room in the pool (and I came to cool off my children ....) We went upstairs and it's still terribly hot, I bathe my baby, I put him to sleep, we make some refreshments, me and my girl, and it's just that we couldn't... Excuse me, I am very sorry to bother you but in this room you cannot be hot, to which the receptionist tells me that I must change to another. I return to pick up all charges to the sleeping baby in my arms the rucksacks... Not an apology... It's ok, thank you very much!! This room is much smaller, it does not have a bathtub as my daughter loves it, there are ants and the bed is much smaller than the one we had extra for which they made me pay 20 euros. Well, once again we took everything out and decided to go back to the pool after losing so much time in which there is still no room for a pin, but even so we fit in as best we can and let the children cool off. Suddenly some screams between two girls, insults and a little bit of pulling **** hair, it has been embarrassing the jealousy, anger and toxicity of these girls in front of older people, small children and all of us who were at the time . In the end I went back to the room and here it really cools the air.

房間裏有下水管道 嘩啦嘩啦的 很響，隔音也比較差，但是這個價格在這，理性選擇吧，隔音差，其他還行，短住還行，常住不建議。
