Very comfortable hotel located in central shopping area , a lot of tourists stay. Metro station was Nervion.

Terrible stay… the 4 stars hotel is a Scam. It almost destroy my experience in Seville. The gym room and indoor pool charge extra fee…which is not aligned with my understanding about a so-called 4 star hotel. We got a super smoky room in the beginning, the smell is far away beyond my tolerance. There is no coffee maker and kettle inside the room… the room service lady told us no kettle in room is a standard practice. Thanks to Trip.com helpful customer service team, we finally got a kettle on the 2nd day. We didn’t ask for house keeping for green purpose, so we only make call to ask if we could get bottle water refill, one day they delivered them to our room, the other day they told us we must go down to the reception to take the water… I don’t really know what’s the standard. The hotel overall give me a feeling of Cost reduction… just like the hanger design in the wardrobe.

The hotel has nice decorations but it is located not very near to all tourist spots. One has to take bus or train from near the hotel to the destinations which will take easily take 15-30 mins. There is only one restaurant nearby. The counter staff is not very helpful in offering local tour information apart from asking us to consider joining the local tour.. We book a suite so size is not an issue. Since walking to Spanish square is doable, but it is still more than 30 mins away. There is no loading zone for this hotel, just park the car and pay for parking for unloading. Restaurants are plentiful, but more open 2000hrs for dinner

It’s in easy accessible area,very close to metro and bus to central area. The hotel services are fair,front desk spoke good English to communicate. The rooms are very generous and clean. We had a good stay!

Very good breakfast, friendly staff, location near the metro. Comfortable rooms. Wall outlet has USB and USB-C. Rooms are very good cleaned and bed linen was changed every day. Of the minuses, the pool is very small and shallow, there are not enough sunbeds and towels, and windows in rooms without sound insulation

However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.

Their warm and welcoming approach enhanced my overall experience. When it came to cleanliness, the hotel maintained a pristine environment, earning yet another perfect score of 5. The rooms and common areas were immaculate, reflecting a high level of hygiene and attention to detail. Regarding amenities, the hotel offered a satisfactory experience, earning a score of 4. While the shampoo and lotions provided were of good quality, it is worth noting that the overall facility was showing signs of age. However, this did not significantly detract from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay.

I really like it！the location is good，you can go to any palace or restaurant in the old town area with 20 min，the bar nearby is also a good place to rest with friends with low cost and delicious food
