Pros: Location is top notch, right in city centre and close to bars and restaurants. Room is clean and shower water is good. Roof terrace offers good view. Cons: Have to access the hotel from another connected hotel round the corner. There should be signs to direct people as the first day I arrived to find the hotel main entrance locked with no signs or staff around. Also waited half an hour for check in around midnight as there was some issue with the computer system. no kettle inside room and no mini fridge. Fruits provided at mini bar beside reception were often rotten.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The coffee corner is a very good service. Just one comment about the shower cubicle which is too small for people to move inside.

We had pleasant stay. I think the hotel is under rated considering it's location, cleanliness and services. Staff are friendly and helpful. They don't offer official breakfast but there is a complementary corner where you can eat and drink whatever you want and whenever you want. It is more than enough for basic breakfast for us. Noise at night because of its location and people dragging their luggage's at corridor is understandable considering it's building age and where it is. I am greatful also that they accommodate my request to have baby crib for free unlike other hotel they ask for fee.

It was close to the center, the room was cute and clean, and it was very good. However, the lock was an old type and difficult to use. Other than that, it was really good. The free drink service was really great.

A small hotel with various oil paintings on the walls. The facilities are a bit old, but not outdated, and the hygiene is very good. The best thing is that the lounge has free snacks, drinks, and fruits in a wide variety. Check-in and check-out are convenient and quick, and no deposit is required. The front door that we navigated to was closed. When we asked the customer service, they said we had to go around to the back to find the check-in front desk. I hope they can give us some tips. The hotel is in an excellent location, with the Cathedral, the Royal Palace and the Plaza de España all within walking distance. It is also very convenient to get a taxi at the door. There are various restaurants downstairs. I highly recommend the Spanish churros. I ate them for breakfast for two days in a row. They are freshly fried and dipped in chocolate. They are so delicious!

We stayed here both nights in Seville because we read previous reviews and found that this restaurant is not only in the city, but also provides free mini breakfast. The variety of food is indeed beyond our expectations and we are sure to be full.

Booked early. The price is still competitive. It takes 28 minutes to walk from the bus station to the hotel. The bus shows 28 minutes, so I walked. It takes 30 minutes to walk from the hotel to the train station. I walked. Of course, it was a bit inconvenient to drag the suitcase all the way. The hotel service is good and the mini bar is full. The door shown on Google map is not open, so I have to go around the back.

The hotel entrance on Google Maps is not accurate, in fact, the entrance is on the other side of the building. But it is also easy to find. It is about 10 minutes walk from the Royal Palace, Plaza de España or the Cathedral. The room is also quite spacious and very nice.
