Location was great, near everything you’d want to see and very easy to walk to and from. The hotel rooms, beds, kitchens were great and provided good sleep, laundry and a nice way to enjoy a few days in town. You have to be pretty self sufficient for their use as it is all done via app communication and an app you download to get in and out of the room/building. The only negative comment I’d have was the room got very warm and it took a bit of work on our part to convince the team the problem with the temperature was not US, but the thermostat was not working properly. Finally, a person came to our room and was able to figure out what was wrong after we had to jump various hoops to try to resolve the issue. In her defense, when it was fixed, she was very apologetic about the matter. Also, they did provide a breakfast for us which was a box dropped outside the room door. The food was good, however, the first day we didn’t realize the system and we let it sit outside too long.

Everything else was ok, breakfast was simple. But what to say is: the friends who drive must pay attention! The so-called parking is not parking at the hotel, but parking to a parking garage that is 10 minutes away from the hotel and walks about 1 km away. And you still have to pay for it, as long as you spend 19 euros overnight. Nothing about this hotel! In addition, the hotel is located in the old city, the road to the hotel entrance is narrow to the driver who opened the road for the first time, the wheel hub will be kicked if not careful, and will get lost. We spent a lot of energy to find the hotel for half an hour, but was told to go to the parking garage again, very frustrating. For the first time here, friends who are unfamiliar with the situation should pay attention.

1. It is near the cathedral, surrounded by the alleys of the old city. Drive carefully, and use the Apple map to navigate to the door accurately. Fortunately, there is an open space in front of a private residential garage where you can temporarily park your luggage for loading and unloading. There is a parking lot nearby. We ran into an old man who took a customer to find a parking lot. He gave a tip of 3 euros and took us to a large parking lot nearby. Relatively speaking, the price was 18 euros a day. 2. There is an independent front desk. The front desk staff may leave work early on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. After we arrived, we contacted Ctrip's customer service because there was no reception, and we quickly gave the password to enter the door and the room. 3. The room is clean and safe (in a separate courtyard). There are many pedestrian restaurants and shops around it. The apartment is quiet at night. Our room type is in a straight shape around the inner courtyard. One bathroom is large and has no windows but is very clean and odorless. The master bedroom next to it is very large with French doors and windows facing the courtyard; the aisle living room (with French windows in the inner courtyard) and dining room are large enough to accommodate 4, 5 Personally, there is a small bed at the other end in the open space; there is a washing machine and refrigerator, and the kitchen facilities are very clean and fully equipped. 4. The staff are very polite and enthusiastic.

A lovely little hotel, run by friendly staff in a very central location. The pool isn't as big or deep as it looks in the pictures, but is still wonderful for cooling off after a day of hot sightseeing. There are some excellent restaurants within just a few minutes' walk too. Be aware that the hotel is in the middle of a maze of VERY small and narrow streets, and there's no parking available at the hotel. So unless you have a very tiny car, don't bother driving there if you value your wing mirrors and wheel rims, even to drop off your luggage. Park somewhere else and get an Uber to the hotel. There's a nice multi-storey carpark called Parking Cano y Cueto that's a 4Km drive away but only 600m to walk back from.

Usually my husband and I do very short stays in hotels and move on while exploring new destinations. We decided to try something different this time, stay in 1 place and explore at a leisurely pace. Palacio Pinello was the perfect place to do this. The location in Seville is absolutely perfect! Very short walk to the major sites - La Girlada, the Catedral and the Alcazar, and so many more. An endless choice of restaurants/cafes/bars and shops right on the doorstep. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was extremely comfortable (the standard suite). The only note I would share is that I did find it a bit dark, but that is a minor observation. We opted for the breakfast included, and it was amazing. I expected a traditional buffet, but it was from an a la carte menu. Many options to suit every taste. We stayed 11 nights and didn't tire of the choices at all. All staff we extremely friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this place, and I would look forward to going back!
