The room type I booked is not the smallest, but it is still a bit small for us with two boxes. The bathroom is very beautiful and the balcony cannot be opened. The overall feeling seems to be worth 2000 yuan. Maybe I'm not used to eating breakfast? Just like the breakfast in other hotels. The hotel is indeed rated five stars, the location is very good, but if I go to Seville again, maybe I will not stay at this hotel again

It’s a very nice luxury hotel, but I just can’t get excited about it. Check in and staff was very pleasant and the rooms are very nicely furnished. On the other hand the beds are too hard for my liking and I forgot to ask for a change from feather pillows. The shower dripped making noise all night and breakfast service is at best OK. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and maybe I’m being a bit hard providing an average rating but at these prices you need to be a bit more than what the hotel is.

This is our fourth visit… we love the Mercer Sevilla. This was apparently a wealthy family’s property in the old city and has been so incredibly well redesigned into a small luxury hotel… perhaps 12 or 14 rooms with massively high ceilings, transitional design, and the best of interior fittings. The rooms are on two floors while the third floor boasts a small rooftop pool which is perfect to combat summer heat from May to Sept. The staff are world class and very helpful when needed, but otherwise discreet. Mattresses are top quality. Location is perfect to explore the old city. Can’t say enough good things about this location. And while far from cheap, the value equation is excellent. I can’t think of a better base in Sevilla!

So i traveled a lot and I saw many hotels and residences. But this one is one of the most comfortable places I have ever been. Residence is located in the centre of town, it's position is very comfortable. Our room had everything, a folding bed, a kitchen with dishes, hairdryer, iron. You can prepare your meal here, downstairs you can find a coffee machine. You also have everyday cleaning service. It really feels like home there. The one negative point are rumours. You can hear people talking outside in the night or rumour of suitcase wheels while tourists are walking away. If you have insomnia, this is not the right place for you. Unless you will not choose a night tapas instead of sleeping ;)

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment: It is located in the middle of Santa Cruz, the historic area of Sevilla. All the main attractions are just 5 minutes walk away! Around the corner you find fantastic bars, restaurants, beautiful plazas and small shops. We had breakfast included, this was served in the Halo Hotel just next door (you also have to register there when you arrive). The breakfast was good and the staff of the hotel super friendly! In one sentence: we would absolutely return and suggest this place! Only thing you have to know: we had a lovely family apartment on the ground floor. Its located in the centre of Seville and of course it is not 100% silent in the night. In our case it: We all (4 people) slept very well, it didn't disturb no one of us. Really enjoyed our stay!

We spend 3 nights here and had a good stay. Really liked that the hotel has coffee and tea free for guests at the reception area. It was nice to have a hot free cup of coffee before you start your sight seeing. Nice front desk staff and they also have a lockable safe in the reception which you can use. We did not have breakfast here so cannot comment on that. The hotel is very well located and we really liked walking around the area, which had good restaurants and you can walk to all the attractions in Seville. The hotel has an elevator and the room size was a good one. The bathroom was decent sized too but no space to put your clothes there. However you can hear the flamenco show in the building below during the show times, even if you are in the 3rd floor. Luckily the show ends at 11pm, else that would have really been a disturbance. The walls are pretty thin too and we could clearly and loudly hear the one hour phone call in the neighboring room. But overall it was a good stay and we will stay here if we return to Seville.

This is a wonderful, affordable hotel in the heart of Seville. The hotel is in a great location, no more than five minutes from the cathedral and en route are a number of popular, affordable and tasty restaurants. The hotel itself is beautiful and the courtyard is a charming place to relax. The rooms are nice, and the bathrooms are a good size. There is a 24h bar that is well-priced and the breakfast is wide-ranging and delicious. My highest compliments must go to the staff, who bend over backwards to assist you and make sure that your stay is nothing short of exceptional.

This is a cracking place to stay if you want a brilliant location and a real good room, without too many frills. The hotel is attached to a restaurant but is surrounded by loads of decent places to eat and drink. Staff are great, super touch with a welcome WhatsApp message before arriving. The square in the photo is less than 2 minutes walk away. Not too shabby.

15min walk from Santa Justa railway station, where the airport bus will drop you and pick you up. We arrived before our room was ready but no problem to leave bags there- the receptionist even gave us a bottle of water each to take. Our room was large and modern, nice bathroom with bath and shower, aircon quiet and effective. Had to keep the curtains drawn to keep the sun out though. Not much street noise if the windows were closed. But you could make out people talking in the next room. We would have preferred a wardrobe with doors for our clothes, rather than the trendy open shelves and hangers. Lots of channels on the tv, but the only English one was Bloomberg. Also note that there are no drink making facilities in the room- previous reviews had led us to believe that there would be, so the receptionists let us have a morning coffee, even though we weren’t having breakfast there. No evening drinks as the machine too near a ground floor bedroom. There is a mini bar in the room. There is a pool on the roof, but as there is no shade up there, I found it too hot to stay there in the 32C heat. The receptionists were all very helpful with printing off rail tickets from the Renfe website, and finding bus information for getting to Italica.

The house is a four-star house, but the core is Samsung .... Regardless of sanitation or facilities, I think it ’s almost the same as an ordinary Samsung hotel ... And to be honest, the location is also awkward. It is not convenient to go from the airport to the hotel. It ’s not so easy either walking 3km plus bus for 1h, or turning pure bus for 2h (you need to drive around a large circle around the old city ...), your flight is a little late at night and you think of the hotel or you will take a taxi or Just go down the street in the middle of the night or wait for half an hour to wait for a half-hour bus. (Most buses have reduced frequency after 9pm) ..... the price is really cheap ... but you just find The convenient Samsung hotel next to the train station is not over ...

Sleeve!! Sweet... do not clean the bathrooms and lack toilet paper. If you don't ask towels they don't give you. A coffee with milk and a bread costs € 2.00. However if you ask a bread more vc will pay more € 2.00 for the bread. It's not a good idea to be a good thing, it's a dark and dangerous street, I don't recommend to anyone, but there's a lot of bar noise and the doors make a morning noise.

This hotel opened earlier this year and the facilities are fresh and modern. Positives: easy drive to airport, big rooms, phenomenal buffet breakfast, complimentary welcome drink, lots of seating in lobby and outside atrium. HOWEVER, some aspects of my stay proved exceptionally disappointing and as a result, I would not stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone else. 1. The hotel is a 15 minute/20 minute walk to the very beautiful old town. Too far - especially as it is likely that you'd want to go in and out twice a day. 2) We chose the hotel based on the fact that it had a rooftop bar and pool (fabulous, right!?). On a scorching hot Saturday afternoon we returned from the old town for some relaxing sunbathing and a swim but alas - the entire rooftop was closed. It made zero sense on the HOTTEST afternoon of our visit, that we couldn't take advantage of the very best part of the hotel. We made our frustration known to the reception staff who told us they had no influence over the pool opening hours and that they received many complaints from hotel guests about lack of access. Personally, I think it is wildly unfair to advertise a pool and rooftop bar if it is closed all the time! Left us all feeling shortchanged. Seemed like there was a significant lack of staff resources.
