The hotel has a great location amd is very modern and smart , for me it has a number of short falls , it certainly not a five star hotel , the service was average . It has some good points , very clean amd rooms very well appointed. I had a few issues The shower was good but leaked after poor fitting doors in the wall in shower , the curtains did not close completely with a faulty rail , My main issue was with the gym it was a small but had some good equipment , you had to book a time slot , which I explained I did not want to look at time and just wanted n vacation If the gym was busy I would not have used and come back later . The gym was booked at one point but had to argue the point I would use b4 booking , the gym booking was not used so would have been empty. I booked the gym following nights at 5.45 I wanted to go a little earlier one day , to be told I wasn’t booked for another 10 mins , certainly not a five star service . I as made to feel uncomfortable and breakfast as waiter staff laughed with chef that I asked for 6 eggs . All in all the hotel is nice good location but not like the service I would not stay again , I would stay in the Alonso A true 5 star hotel

It’s a very nice luxury hotel, but I just can’t get excited about it. Check in and staff was very pleasant and the rooms are very nicely furnished. On the other hand the beds are too hard for my liking and I forgot to ask for a change from feather pillows. The shower dripped making noise all night and breakfast service is at best OK. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and maybe I’m being a bit hard providing an average rating but at these prices you need to be a bit more than what the hotel is.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

Great location and very comfortable rooms. More than adequate breakfast but plenty of places nearby if you don’t indulge at the hotel. Nice secluded roof top area. Our trip was very much enhanced by the delightful Samuel at the front desk. Nothing was too much of a problem and he was a fountain of knowledge and enthusiasm not just for Seville but the country as a whole.

This hotel makes Seville more beautiful~ I didn't even find it when I arrived. There is only one door on the roadside, but there is no hole in the sky. The waiter is warm and always takes the room and introduces all the places. I introduced all the attractions and painted them on the map... The facilities are very good. There is a small swimming pool on the top of the building. Within ten minutes of walking to the church and the palace, there is a Chinese supermarket and a slightly larger supermarket next door. Next door, there is a breakfast shop for two minutes, in short, the geography is very good! On the last day, I also introduced our Granada in the next stop, and called us a taxi to help us carry the luggage to the car. In short, I am the warmest and most attentive waiter. We! Absolutely recommended ~

Very good hotel; calm and very pleasant environment. To highlight the decoration, comfort, cleanliness and of course! customer service. Good insulation of the rooms. Full breakfast and taking care of every detail. The people who work there (both Álvaro in Reception, as well as the ladies in the breakfast room,...), do their job in an excellent way and it is perceived at all times that they want to give customers the best care for their well-being. The hostel is really central, and in the piazza in front of it there are 2 bus stops from where we took the bus to the airport (you have to take the 32 and then stop on another bus stop for the Airport bus). It was super clean, the bed were comfy, and you have ample storage space under the bed, which can be locked using a padlock. (we didn't had a padlock, and we had not issues). If you're staying here, you can also go to the other Oasis hostel, which is not far from this one. The other has more of a social feeling. This one is more of a quite hostel. It offers free walking tours, which we found it very interesting. The bar on the roof wasn't open when we went up. It also has a fully equipped kitchen (although we didn't managed to use the coffee machine) One has to download an app to open the main and room doors, which is super convenient. If one is looking for a more social interaction hostel, I suggest you go to the Oasis Palace Hostel. On the other hand, if one is looking for a hostel which is more quite, and very central, this is a very good option.

Fabulous location, king-sized room The location is exceptional. It is a fantastic landmark and close to just about everything. I was really surprised by the size of the room: broad and huge! The staff was very attentive at all hours. I was there during New Year’s Eve and there were always key personnel present As strange as this may sound, if I were the hotel owner I would improve the portfolio of photographers on booking. I was expecting something normal and I was presented with something outstanding. Highly recommended! The location alone ensures you zero costs in mobility. The room will make your batteries recharge completely!
