everything was good, the bedsheets and pillow are slightly dirty but it is still acceptable as there are no stains, just some dust. they provide shampoo, body wash, laundry soap. which was very impressive as out of all the homestay i have went, this is the only 1 that provided all these.

Unclear instructions on the visitor parking, it took us around 40 minutes to get to upper levels. The third bedroom is a bit dusty. My kids woke up with sinusitis the next morning due to the dirty bedsheet and pillowcases. Master bedroom’s water heater isn’t functional. Others are okay. It’s a good stay but please make sure the cleanliness of the bedsheet, pillowcases and comforter, especially, to be top tier.

The cleanliness and amenities are tiptop 👍🏻 the house is new and so the furniture. The house is simple yet elegant. The toilets are clean and the water flow was great 👍🏻 3 bedroom with extra pillow and mattress was excellent! The park and pool at level 9 are superb! Just need to improve the instructions for check in, the house location, the parking, the wifi password and please add the instructions for check out process. The last stay, took me almost 2 hours just to check in and another 1 hours to check out. Both I figured out my self. Overall, very recommended and I will repeat the stay here 👍🏻

There are three rooms. The largest one, with a bathroom, has a wardrobe with a mirror facing the bed. I was afraid to sleep in it. The cleanliness was also extremely poor. The sheets and pillowcases were visibly dirty. I washed them myself the next day and put them back on, but I still felt itchy after sleeping. Maybe it was just psychological. The management staff wasn't very knowledgeable about the apartment. I didn't get hot water to run in the shower on my first day. I asked them about it, but they didn't respond for several hours. I contacted Ctrip, and they finally replied to my WeChat message, saying they didn't understand the situation. I finally figured it out myself. I commend Ctrip for their proactive approach to customer needs. This B&B is probably too cheap, but it's far from ideal!
