Trefoil Setia City @ Setia Alam Convention Center

My experience staying here for one week was disappointing. The location is strategic, but the cleanliness and facilities were poor. The curtain did not fully cover the window. The clothing storage was very limited, and the bedsheet had a lot of hair on it. I reported this issue, but they refused to change the bedsheet. I couldn’t sleep due to itchiness and had to buy another cloth to cover the bed myself. Because of this experience, I will never stay here again.

The building looks good from the outside. When you enter the unit, the room isn’t very clean, there was dust on the light fixtures. I saw some ants and small spiders all over the unit. The toilet has a bad smell probably due to the pipes.

Actually not bad the place. but wish to have cleaner towers and the place is clean , only got some dusty on the rack and clock. the price is good. no complaints

Good location near to Setai Alam Conventional Centre. Room condition is so so. First go into the room and turn on the Aircon, but feel no air at all… Open the Aircon filter check, all dust in stuck in the filter… End up need to clean up my self.

Located in the heart of city, this place was perfect for our weekend getway.

Owner responded fast to replace the broken shower pipe. Unit unfortunately was not well maintained. The access keycard was not able to access third floor linked bridge gate. No effort was made to replace with a functional card. Plenty of room for improvement.
