Massive development so finding the exact place to locate the keys and to park is like taking part in a treasure hunt. Also there is no chance of early check in unless you are willing to top up, because they will send you the exact details to check in only at 3pm. 60rm per hour for early check in. The mattress provided in the living room are worn and torn. The sofa cushion are grey in colour with a subtle tint of brown stain. Woke up at night to go to the toilet and a cockroach climb up my leg. The worst was yet to come., I couldn't leave the carpark because the system says my card has expired. Called for help from host and was told if I used the QR code. Their instructions said that both card and QR code is usable. Host instructed the caretaker to assist whom I found 20mins later still at the car park office talking to the estate officers with absolutely no urgency and unwilling to cough up 50rm for a exit ticket. I then happen to glance at the office windows and saw that the card system is replaced with a QR code since September. That's all. Very unhappy experience.
