Cannot change date or cancel booking even just 1 week to check-in.
i just want to change my date because i mistake choose date
i try to call trip.com customer service
but the hotel not allowed for cancel booking or change date
and this app also doesn't support cancelled booking
waste my money, this app also not user friendly
i don't want to use this app anymore
better use other app that more user friendly like agoda

I dont like the place. The person in charge at night is so rude and unpleasant. I come with a baby and the room has no heater. The room is super dirty. Dont come here.
