I’m ok if the room is small but started not ok when found 2 cockroaches, big & small size. Towels got stains & the room itself was not that clean. The staff was ok…helping me when i asked for repellent spray..the location is good. Near to laundry & food shop

They give my room for another person eventhough i already paid for the room, but luckily trip.com customer service play their role susscesfully for giving me fully refund plus rm90 woth of trip coins.

This is budget hotel. We check in at 10pm check out at 11am. Comfortable for a short stay. Towel provided, iron im not sure coz i bring my own iron.

Despite reading many negative reviews, I found my stay to be quite good. My room was clean, the air conditioning was cold, and the bathroom was spotless. It's conveniently located near an Indian-Muslim restaurant, making it easy to grab a meal whenever I was hungry. The Indian gentleman working there was also very friendly and always smiling! 👍🏾👍🏾
