首先説明，我這個人很少評論的。第一閑時間少，第二想着大家都是做服務的誰都不容易，差不多能過去就行了，但是今天我得認真評論一下。首先這家賓館是老賓館了，設施陳舊，衞生間的門下邊可能被水泡的，已經破了，馬桶蓋比馬桶下面小還錯位着呢，裏面都變色了（可能平常清洗不到位遺留的老舊污漬），還有淋浴頭，小的直接多一半堵住了不出水，順着管子流，大的頭一開，直接一股子噴到洗臉鏡子上了，根本無法用（洗澡時手機在衞生間外面放沒有拍照），看個電視，怎麼也打不開，給前台打電話，保安上來搗鼓了半天才弄好，我想知道這賓館平時都不做維護和維修的嗎？其次，賓館沒有自己的停車場，小區裏面有一個挺小的停車場是和小區居民公用的，去的晚了根本沒有停車位，最主要的一點是晚上裏面一片漆黑，沒有燈，我一個女的不害怕，有時候停的時候給我老公打視頻給我壯膽，有一次給前台打電話叫下來個人陪我一起停下車，下來個保安，他在門口我在裏面，車剛停下，我要取行李還特意喊他，説我害怕，等等我把行李箱拿上，當時裏面一片漆黑我看不到他，以為他在門口等着我呢，結果等我出來時他沒有人，當時的那種恐懼感…我上電梯時碰到了那個保安下電梯，我問他為啥不等我一下，當時他的表情，沒有一點歉意，反而有點得意洋洋的樣子，説他還有事…所以再次入住時又是晚上8點了，猶豫停車場太黑不敢進去（進去也不能保證有停車位）我就停在了賓館門口，結果第二天早晨被交警貼了罰單，我問前台讓她問問老闆，一個外地車輛不知情在賓館門口停的，他們能否幫我申訴一下，回覆是他們也沒辦法…（語氣中明顯是沒有去問，如果問了交警隊不行，我對她們的看法都會不一樣的）這兩年河西出差，每次到了山丹都在銀海住，這兩次真的是讓我夠夠的了！再不會去那裡住了！
